We have been an authorized dealer for Cigar Oasis products for over 15 years!  Cigar Oasis units were designed to make life easier for the cigar smoker. This is the 10 pin replacement power block for the Ultra 2.0, Excel and Plus units. This does NOT work with the legacy Cigar Oasis models.

Warranty Information

Cigar Oasis products are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. All warranty repairs and replacements will be completed through Cigar Oasis, Inc.

    The humidifier system is great!
    However, care is needed when attaching/removing the flat cable into the power block as well as inserting/removing the small USB connector. I would say the power block is a bit fragile and does not hold up to stress very well. Fortunately it is fairly inexpensive to replace.
